I Wish to Study English and American Literature   Having majored in literary studies (world literature) as an undergraduate, I would now wish well to concentrate on English and American literature.   I am particularly interested in nineteenth-century literature, womens literature, Anglo-Saxon poetry, and folklore and folk literature.
